No staff meeting June 6th:  There is a mandatory AIG meeting (staff members who are involved have already been contacted) on June 6th starting at 2:45.

PLCs on June 8th:  In lieu of PLCs on Wednesday, we will have a 20 minute debrief on the EOG test and mClass results.  We will meet in the Platform.  I would like to start the meeting promptly at 2:50 to have you out of there by 3:10.

Read to Achieve:  Testing to take place on June 7th for 3rd grade students only. Please be cognizant of testing taking place throughout the building.  Those involved in testing, please carefully review the plan shared by Ms. Perrell.

Final week's schedule:  Please carefully review the schedule included above for awards, luncheons, end of year celebrations, etc. It is a busy week.

Grade cards: From Jennifer Babb....I have placed a rough draft of report cards in your box.  Please look at these thoroughly.  It is important that their is no blanks.  Also check your averages for F1 to make sure they look correct. I am giving everyone until the end of the day on Monday to fix any errors you have.  I will restore grades by 4:00 on Monday. NO EXCEPTIONS!  If your rough drafts look correct please email me or see me to print out your final.  I will not print out your final report cards until I receive notification from you.  Also a copy of the final report card must be placed in the CUM folder at the end of the year.  You can use your drafts for this if they are correct or make a copy of the final one once they are printed.  This is imperative that it gets placed in the child's CUM.  Please see me if you have any questions.

EOG testing:  Excellent job "team Bullock" for pulling-off state EOG testing so seamlessly.  It takes the cooperation of every member of our school community.  You did an incredible job.  Thank you to Ms. Perrell and Ms. Babb for their leadership, guidance and planning of such an enormous undertaking.

EOG video:  Kuddos to Scott Hurdt (directing) and Ana Frausto (video creation) for creating such an awesome EOG video.  We all LOVE it!  Our kids thought it was beyond fantastic.  Way to go!  It was really well done. I know you both worked hard to make it happen.  Thank you for including all of us and investing your time and energy in a project that showed our kids that we all were cheering them on.

EOG data reporting:  Check out the new information that will be provided from the EOGs here.

Election on campus:  We will have elections on our campus on June 7th.  They will be held in our gym.  Please do not park in the upper quadrant closest to the main entrance.

Retention Paperwork:  It is a requirement that I receive the retention paperwork for students you are considering for retention.  The paperwork is available in our handbook (letter and form).

End of Year Checklist: Please continue to work through the End of Year Checklist here.

AR:  Please plan on completing the final AR STAR test after the reading and math EOGs are complete.  The testing window is May 31st - June 9th.

Action teams:  I have reshared the action team spreadsheet.  Most grade levels have determined who will be serving on SIT, AIG/RtI, data and C&I.  Now it is time to start choosing where talents can be used in other areas of the school.  Every member of our staff should be plugged into an action team.  Please continue updating this spreadsheet with your big rocks. You can review the roles of each team on the action team list
